I have to websites, both from the same domain & webhotel provider, same mail and ftp settings.

One website can send emails through contact form ( https://www.skienvet.no/kontakt-oss.html )

The other cannot, it just freezes ( https://www.nfdt.no/nyheter-og-kurs.html ) and I get no error-messages either. 

In Website X5 EVO the settings are exactly the same, but the nfdt.no site will not send email through contact form. I'v tried changing the settings to everything from php to low level script, but nothing helps.

And the same happens in different web browsers.

Any suggestions?
