Unable to send contact form from this link... ERROR 500 (let me point out that contact forms don't work on any of the websites...

Error 500 is a server error - what does the web host say about it?
On my websites, the contact form works in the current Pro version.

Has the provider already intervened, or are you still encountering the issue, and if so how did you fill the form when this occurred?

Still error 500 Hosting company said that your scrip is a problem??? Why is then working until now???
I did a test on the linked pages, there was no error message or any other message.

Pokrenuo sam test i nije izbacio nikakve greške, a kamoli grešku 500.
Primijetio sam nekoliko puta na nekim obrascima na web stranicama kojima upravljam i u objektu pool da kada uključim poseban znak, obrazac ne šalje podatke i samo se zamrzne, ali nikada nisam naišao na grešku 500.
Sve se svodi na testiranje...
1) Ako vaš jezik uključuje posebne znakove poput dvotočke iznad samoglasnika itd., pokušajte poslati bez tih znakova.
2) Provjerite jesu li podaci iz testnih obrazaca u bazi podataka. Ako nisu, onda bi problem mogao biti u posebnim znakovima.

We fix one problem, with custom code on php mailer (on some projects) Now the php sends the emails properly... Diferent problem is that "Confirmation email is not sending at all"... We need that function on some web pages...

If i use regular smtp i receve email from form, not confirmation email from the user!!!
If i use Authenticatet smtp i dont receve nothing... Form is not sending anything...
My hosting provider tell's me that on server everything is ok...???

Do you see any errors in the e-mail log visible in the Website Test section after logging into https://www.kuca-gorski-kotar.com/admin/login.php ?

What is your recomendation of php version to use 8.3 or???
SMTP is somethimes on the servers strange so put a recomedation here...
PHP should be between 8.0 and 8.2.

Now only the "Confirmation email for the user" is not working, we need that function because we learn the clients to that... Great for auto responding...

I was not referring to the checks found at the top, but rather the e-mail log found at the bottom of the page.
Additionally, are you using the option "Allow alternative sender" in the E-mail settings?
If so, disable it.
Hello: I remembered something that happened to me a few months ago on my website, an online radio station. People participating in contests were asked to send emails to the hosts and to the special contest email address. They reported that when they tried to send an email from their email clients (like Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), they received a message saying the site wasn't secure and the message wasn't sent.
Now, it's likely that the problem you're describing is for the same reason. That is, when you request confirmation from your clients, this confirmation is sent from their email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.), and they get that error message saying the page isn't secure and no messages are sent. In other words, their email clients are simply notifying them that the message can't be sent until the secure connection is resolved on the server (not to be confused with SSL certification).
What is the security problem on the server side?
This relates to a new feature (August 2025) in cPanel version 130. (See the images.) You need to activate the following options: DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and PTR.
To activate them in cPanel v130, there's an option in the email section called "Email Deliverability."
Once I activated them on my website, participants could send messages from their email clients.
Check in cPanel if version 130 is already active on your server.

By the way, if you haven't installed cPanel version 130 yet, you might be able to activate those options by contacting your hosting provider. I understand that only in version 130 can they be activated by website administrators, as the "email deliverability" option doesn't exist in previous versions.

It will obviously appear as a 500 error, since that error indicates a problem with the server.
However, the forms themselves are working correctly; it's the external email clients that can't connect to the website server.
If you test an order, enter an email address from a service like Gmail, etc., and then try to send the confirmation to the server from Gmail, you get the 500 error.
Is that correct?
This is excellent stuff Miguel! I have version 130 and I found that there were problems with deliverability by using this feature. Thanks so much for sharing this. I hope it helps others who may have problems and fixes X5Croatia's problem.
