Website X5 Pro - Objects purchased showing Blue Down Arrow

When I open Website X5 Pro and load a website for editing, I noticed that some of the objects that i purchased are NOT available for usage, the object Icon shows a BLUE Arrow.... this is annoying...
For example, i purchased Shape Separator.... the icon shows in my object list BUT the icon is NOT Active and it has a BLUE arrow on it. when i press on the blue arrow, nothing happens.
What is the problem? I am running the latest version .... 2025.3.6

Simply drag the object with the down arrow into the grid and it should load if there are no problems with the Incomedia server.
