Cannot access projects after upgrade to website X5 2026.1.6

I have just installed the latest upgrade to website X5 2026.1.6.
When I re-launched the program, and select any of the four projects that I have made, none are available as the following error is returned: "An error occurred while loading the Project. [Access to the path is denied.]"
Website X5 was working prior to the upgrade. What can I do to fix this please?

Hello Chris,
could you please make sure the path specified as the project storage (you can check this in the Preferences) does not have writing/reading restrictions?
You can check this in its properties.
Additionally, is the situation the same if you disable temporarily antivirus/firewall, in case they are restricting components of WebSite X5?

Hello,
I have found the problem.
Somehow, the security permissions on the folder C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 - Evolution had changed, and were not permitting my access.
I have corrected the matter, and all is working now. I have access to all my projects now.
