Is there a way to turn off the shopping cart script load?

I have my website pretty well dialed in on the SEO side but page load is killing me. I have noticed that the main x5engine.js automatically loads x5cart.js (defferred, but still uses resources to load it). I don't use the cart and wanted to know if there was any way to turn that load off short of removing it from the x5engine script everytime I do something that reuploads the script. I have cleared everything that was populated in the shopping cart section of the program and done everything I can to make sure there is no reason to call the shopping cart. Any advice would be appreciated. And if you have any suggestions for other optimizations or ways to reduce first content load time it would be appreciated.

Hello Jerry,
some of the scripts are automated and cannot be disabled through the settings.
What tool are you using to monitor this, and what kind of load are you noticing regarding x5cart.js?
As you are not actually using the E-commerce functions, its impact should usually be negligible.
Thank you.

I am trying to juice everything I can out of the speed of my page load. Since x5 uses inline styles it is naturally slower than css styles sheet pages (as I understand it). So every milisecond counts with Googles PageSpeed. I use SEOptimer, Google PageSpeed Insights and Screaming Frog to try to drill down and what resources are loading, when and how much they affect the page load. I own a service company and don't use any of the ecommerce features.
Hello Jerry,
and what is the current impact of this when checking these tools, or could you provide the URL?
I remain available.
