I can`t update 9.0.0.1597 version

I`ve bough in the shop the 9.0.0.1597 version. I can`t update it because when I try to do it I see information that there is no conection with the internet or Incomedia server. This version seems to be very unstable and with lot of bugs: I can`t even save my project in HTML. Reinstalling didn`t fix the problem. What can I do? Is there any way to make manual update?

I didn`t registrated my product - now I hope that it will be ok :)

Try again with the registered product and if you should encounter the same issue try to check if your firewall/antivirus is allowing websiteX5 to connect to internet or go in your profile on answers.websitex5.com, you will find a section called "Download" and there you willfind the most updated software to download and install.
