same problem here to.
pressing CTRL doesnt solve the problem..
have 2 upload the site to server everytime to check the correct preview.
is there a way by which i can delete the old preview, and x5 can create again a new preview?

Try to delete the cache manually in the browser settings.
Please let me know if it helps.

i deleted teh entire preview folder in the website x5 folder in my documents....
and problem solved,, website x5 auto recreates the folder..
