Michael, If the option are greyed out, you did not select an item.

select an item and then you can see what sections are availeble for adjustements.

To delete an previous selected item; click on it (you see the small whit squere dots around your object so it is selected)  then press del button.

If you need any further help, it would be helpfull if make a prtscrn of the problem.

First do an update. You still use 9.0.6.1775.

Hi I have taken the update as suggested but I still have the issue. I can delete the existing link and select a new link to a graphic image but when i go to the second page in the header to set some defaults I cannot click onto the image. I have tried to upload images but the message I keep getting back is the file type not allwed?

Michael, I think that you are working inside your footer. This is usally a very small band in the lower part of your website. You can place there only items that are within the graphics you see, the part outside the graphics, there where all the lightgrey and white squares are, you can not use. Putting somethere there can make it just dissapear. you need to click your way around to find your object again and then you can move it to the area without the squares. When selected it is adjustable.

If this is not helpfull please make a screenshot cause it's difficult to understand where you work and what you do. A screenshoot usally helps a lot....

Hello Michael,

you can upload jpg, png, gif images or if they are more you can zip them and upload the zip file. The maximum size for every upload is 1024kb (1 Megabyte).

If they are bigger try to resize them.
