Software freezes at export  en

I have an old version (7.0.6) and I've just upgraded to a new laptop with windows 8, but every time I try to export, the software stops working and shuts down. Can you advise if this version is compatible with windows 8 or what I need to do to avoid the problem. Thanks

Hello Kirsty,

Unfortunately Version 7 is not compatible with Windows 8 but our Versions 8 and 9 are compatible. You will need to check which compatibility mode of Windows 8 in the Properties you open with right click works better for you or get the new Version which will work.

Thought as much. Can I upgrade direct from 7 to 9 - I can only see downloads from 8 to 9? If so, how would I access and how much does it cost?

Unfortunalty there is no upgrade offer from Version 7 to Version 9 and so you will need to buy the Full Version which costs 69,95 € and is available here http://www.websitex5.com/buy/evolution9
