Downloading from back up I can't seem to get my website back from the disc you sent me of Website X5 Evolution 9 reference number 29510233, or my updates on memory stick - it keeps saying programme was made on a later version!!!!!! . I have a new computer now but the hard drive on the old one crashed

Hello Julie,
You will be able to download the latest release of version 9 by visiting the 'Download' section of your 'Profile' (which is the drop-down menu to the top-right of this screen)
Once you have installed this version (9.1.12.1975) then all your backups should open OK.
