If you go to www.amberitservices.com.au and click on any of the "facebook, linkedin, twitter" bottons at the bottom of the screen.My Sandbox will come up but no site will load in the window. I use Chrome and turned the Javascript debugging option on and then I see the error as stated above. Without the debugging option the window will open but nothing will happen after that. Please see my screenshots attached.

The vast majority of members on this forum (myself included) are unpaid WebSite X5 users who give voluntarily of their time to help and support fellow users.  The Incomedia support team do respond to queries which go unanswered, and I see that you have had an initial reply from Claudio.

If a member has something useful to contribute then rest assured they will do so.  I have already taken a look at your link and your issue, and unfortunately I have no solution for you.  The fact that you have had no response to date does not mean that other users have not given their attention to your problem also.

In the meantime your patience is appreciated.  We are all here to assist each other if we possibly can.
