License key entered is associated with other email address ?? so you sold me invalid key as my confirmations came to correct email address. also payment was with PayPal and this again the same email address :(... nothing but frustration for hours as no support at all. Website for answers.websitex5.com also not accessible, phone number refers to website, Facebook and Twitter no reaction, Cleverbridge not responsible for technical issues only payment ... so my first impression ???????

Good morning dear users, during the weekend we have had problems with our servers unfortunately therefore some orders have not been issued properly. The licence key was not correct therefore when you tryed to install, you received the error type 302. We will send a new order confirmation email to every user that has encountered this kind of error with a new licence key in it, as soon as possible. I am waiting myself ... had 3 days planned to work on my very first website and it looks that it will not happen as I have only a few hours left and still no valid key from this company :( :( :( .. email via FB and other post received that they will send out new product key but still waiting.....no estimate ?

Thanks for the info. Since I will have no time to work on my first website now I wonder if the download would be refundable ? Why . .. I can buy the DVD version for only half the price and since the digital version is not available faster I wonder if I can buy the DVD from a distributor instead? I hate to pay so much more and wait just a long as for the DVD version. What would you recommend me to do?

Can I please get a refund. I purchased the DVD version for a fraction of the cost and there I will get a valid product key hopefully :) I have no more time to work on my first website project until next week anyhow.. .. so I might as well wait for the DVD version and save some money instead. How to proceed for a refund? The DVD will come with a valid license in a few days and the price will be less than half of that digital version for Evolution 10. And best of all I do not need to burn a dvd ..it comes directly on dvd. So I like to cancel the digital order and go for the dvd version instead. Ordered already and shoud arrive in 4-6 days.

Just received a new product key but guess what !!! ??? Moved from Error 302 to Error 404 ...what a nightmare ! I guess I need to wait for the dvd version :( - no luck with this digital downloaded version. Anybody knows what Error 404 now stands for?

After 10+ attempts finally product activated. Now need to see how to get a refund as the DVD Version is only 40% of the cost of the digital version and since I have no time to work on my web project for the next 2 weeks I hope I can at least get the lower price for the DVD Version. Digital version is more than double compared to DVD?
