Update 10.1.12.57 - not registered error

I tried to install the latest upadte (10.1.12.57) but it won't install because it says my copy of WebX5 is not reigstered. The problem is that it IS registered and has been for a long time.
What gives??????

Did you download the full version here from answers and installed that one?
Use top right button profile -> download (your project wil be save, but a backup can never harm... :))
You can also find your licence key there as well, with these two and your mail adres it shoulld work.
Try reinstall if this does not work, then Incomedia needs to check your licence settings.
