Changing colour of menu text from black to white

My background is very dark and its hard to see the black text i want to change the text colour to white where it says "home"etc in the menu text i cant seem to find where to cange it.

Hello Michael,
The colour of page titles and page texts can be changed in the following location:
Step 1 > Template Style > Text Style > Page Item (drop-down menu)
The colour of the actual menu text itself can be changed by going to:
Step 1 > Template Style > Main Menu > Menu Items tab > Text Color (drop-down menu)
