Activation fails every time I start program  en

Hi there

I just took advantage of the upgrade from X5 Evolution to WebSite X5 Professional 11.

It all seemed to load OK and I was able to activate without problems. I can import my site files and work on them happily.

Unfortunately, if I close the program and then later open it for more changes I have to activate again. This happens everytime I start the program. It is very annoying and I hope there is something that can be done.

Using WebSite X5 Professional 11 and Windows 8.1

Check ifC:\Users \WindowsAdmin \AppData\Local \Incomedia\WebSiteX5v11folder-EvolutionorWebSiteX5-Professionalis foundand the file "Licence.iwl"isavailable.

Ifthisfolder existswiththefile,then copythe folderandpaste itunderC:\Users \YOURWindowsUsername\AppData\Local \Incomedia\andthenstartthe program.

To getfasterinthe folderthisjust oncein Windows Explorerinthe address bar

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local \Incomedia

Enter.
