Website publishing slow

i have Evolution 8 and what used ton take a few minutes is now taking about an hour to publish a few updates to my website even though my website is still the same size.

Sounds like a local network or internet issue rather than anything to do with WebSite X5 as such.
When were you last able to export quickly to the web? Have there been any changes to your PC/network/ISP/antivirus/firewall since then? Anything at all, no matter how minor it may seem?
