As you can see the Recent posts and other items are on the left hand side of the page it should be on the left also when decreasing the page to 50 from 100 I still cannot see any post.

Have you made an entry in the blog in x5?
You need to set an entry, then upload, refresh page with x5 to see the entry.
Check after an entry also the site window propertys, and see if it is still different from what you want.
Check also your admin panel and do the test to see if all script working properly.
You can find your admin panel by setting / admin behand your home website adress.
Login with the passwordt you find in step 4 acces, and see that all tests done are green.

Hello Andre,
Thanks that work, but what is confusing is that I created a post just like you directed before I contact you and it didn't work I quess two is a charm thanks again.
The fix was as Andre suggested that I create a post before uploading to the server and that is what I did and now it is fix.
