Hello,
Link is active and prewiev all its ok, but when site upload to the hosting = link not active. I clear cokkies (shift+f5 reload) but this dont help.
atach1 - admin active link
atach2 - prewiev activ link
atach3 - in site link no active

That's very starnge, sometime it takes a little time to handle changes at the webserver / host site.
Can you see other changes immidiatly ??
Other option is to clean your host (delete all files manually and do a full upload, maybe that helps.

Yes, I see all change immidiatly (all other active links etc.), but this link not upload ...
Ok - I delete all files (delete folder) in host and make new folder and re-upload all full site = its OK, all link show active immidiatly, and this link also show corectly active. Ok, thank you.
p.s. but this is interested - x5 not rewrite this one active link ...
