Metatag for one page or timed page  en

I need one particular page (not every page) to display for a short time and then go to another page. If I could add a metatg to one page, I could do this:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">

<html>

<head>

<title>Page Auto Redirect</title>

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content ="5; url=http://www.google.com">

</head>

<body>

This is an auto redirect page.

</body>

</html>

but I can find no way of doing this for one page in WebsiteX5 versions 10 or 11.

Can I do this? If so, how?

If not, what alternatives are there to create a similar result? Show one particular page for 5 seconds (a thank you page) and then automatically go back to the home page.

Many thanks for reading.

Hello Keith,

You can insert your HTML code in the HEAD of any page using the 'Expert' tab...  Step 2 > Map Creation > highlight the page you wish to work with in the site map > then click the 'Properties' button on the right of your screen.  You will see the 'Expert' tab near the top-right of the new screen which appears.

I've attached a screenshot to illustrate.

The procedure is the same, irrespective of whether you're using version 10 or 11.

Apologies in advance if I've misunderstood your question.

Kind regards,

Paul
