Unable to update to 11.0.2.14  en

I am running the WebsiteX5 Evo software (11.0.2.13).

When I check for updates it says that "Website X5 is already updated to latest version".
Whereas I know that 11.0.2.14 is now available.

Kindly advise how to update?

Hello Sister,

You can download version version 11.0.2.14 from here:

https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads

Once downloaded, right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator'

This will install 11.0.2.14 over your current version. There's no need to uninstall first.
