Email formats are different from setup  en

Hi everybody
I wish you all a Merry Xmas and a Happy New year

Question:

I have setup an email format in ESTILO de la PALNTILLA, ASPECTO de los EMAILS

My emails are working fine, but do not respect the format I did setup.
So I used CRTL-F5 and uploaded again

The emails I recieve are very differently formatted than the design I configured.
Together with this post, I will send a screenshot of the setup
Since I can only send one single file at once, I will try to sendo a second post with the result of the received emails.

With this post, I send a screenshot of the emails as  I receive them after setting up the design as showed in previous post.

Hello Andre,

I sent a test email to see the html code of the email. It shows as backgroundcolor set to grey. Did you made a complete export online after CTRL + F5 or just the updated files?

I was  in Portugal for a week

I am not sure I did a complete export, I will do it now and inform you.

Hi Claudio,

As promised

I did a CTRL-F5 again and then a complete upload.

The problem is not solved.

I have stil the same layout as I had before in version 10.(the gray one)
Then I changed it in version 11, but the program does not respect the new colors or lettertypes.

Any idea how to fix this, or is it a bug?

did you delete everything inside your server before doing a full upload? if not, I will suggest you to do that, then upload your entire website again.

After the latest update I installed yesterday. 

doing again a ctrl+F5

everything worked out as expected.

No need to delete eveything on the site
