ALL remaining Templates are locked!!!

Yesterday I downloaded Websitex5 pro 11 trial. The download or install dialog box told me it was a fully functional program except the publishing was blocked, which I understand why.
I click the Template button.
Select All Templates from the Menu.
But I find only the Web Portal Template is unlocked.
ALL remaining Templates are locked!!!
What's Fully Functional about that?

because you are using a demo version. you can create your own template.

The demo version of WebSite X5 has been created to give you the chance to test the program and its functions. Only a certain number of templates have been activated for you to try them out the rest will al be free of charge for you to download and use if you decide to purchase a licence of the program.
