Change in customization of template

I have sucessfully uploaded my website www.shedwest.com but then decided to customize my template by adding a blue glow behind my header text [shedwest community mens shed Inc]
Shows ok in prewiew but even after uploading changes it wont show on website.

go to your website with your browser (mozilla, IE, etc) hold down the Ctrl key and hit F5 for complete refresh of your browser.
