How to change cell size

Hi guys
How do I change the size of a cell? I am inserting some audio clips in a cell on the left of the page and the audio bar comes up nice and thin but there is a large section of blank cell below it. Also I want to just put one line of text in the cell to the right of this but there is also a large section of blank cell below that. It seems you can adjust the width of cells but not the height.
Can you adjust the height of a cell?

heigh its being adjust automaticlly. it depend what you place next to your audio object and also the sizt you put inside your audio object Under property section, for example 320 x 220. remove the checkmark from "keep ratio" and reduce your height.
