Running (trying to!) version 11 of X5 Evolution but I am unable to upload my export to internet.  Authentication appears to complete but fails to "retrieve timezone".  I have done a search on this site and the comments have been around use of passive mode or number of connections.  My settings are no different to what I have always used with X5 (since something like version 8) - but I have also tried every conceivable variation without success.  Whereas if I use any other method of ftp connection outside of X5 I have no problems whatsoever.

Obviously it's pointless having the software unless I can use it to update my website so I need to get this fixed.  As an interim I can upload outside of X5 but that is tedious for minor incremental changes.
