Why is Version 11 update incompatible with win 8.1 64 bit?

Could not up date my Version 11. It say its incompatible with 64 bit. I attach a snap of the error.

Download latest version from https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads and install it.
On screenshot: 16-bit application it is very strange.
. . . i also installed all updates / upgrades on 8.1 64bit pc without any problem - possibly you got some secutity program(s) which are causing this strange error . . .
