Can't locate downloaded templates 
Auteur : Rich M.While I got Websitex5 back in the version 10 days, I never had a strong need for it until recently. I am running version 11 and, today, "bought" three free templates. My problem is that I can not locate the downloads. When I try to import the template into a project, the default window opens in Program Files\Website X5 V11\Evolution\templates where I see things like 0ca546a0-5a51-5802-bc93-b00e65560d4d.iwtpl for file names and they all have the same date - the date I installed the program (last Aug). If I try to import one of them, I get an "error occurred while saving the file".
I've also gone to "boot disk:\users\user name\AppData\Local\Incomedia\Website X5 v11 - Evolution\Templates" and see directories like: "3c046b80-eb99-5990-8d5e-96cf73e515a2", "Previews" and "Temp_xxxxx". None of these directories contain a .iwtpl which the program appears to be looking for. Also, I searched my computer for files added or altered today and can not locate the templates that your website says I have d/l'ed.
One template I got was Hobby 46. Under what file name should I search my computer to try to locate it?
If you have bought it then it should be in in X5 template's (there where you first found it.) And from there you can always use it. You never need to look for the files itself.
See that the filters on top of template selection box are correctly set.
Once found and set, you can go to the custom template section, press add there, then this template will always be available for other projects from the cutom library part.

Ahhh! I thought when I "got" a templet that I actually got it and that it used the TEMPLATES directory as a storage location. Your key phrase, "(there where you first found it.)" gave me the information I needed. Thank you.
