Easy way to use PDF object

Sorry, I have asked this question before but I have forgotten the answer and can't find it!
I need to upload a PDF file and then link it to a PDF object in a web page. Currently I do this by uploading the PDF using filezilla and then inserting the URL in the PDF object before uploading the website. This works OK but I seem to remember there was a one step answer using "file".
I would be grateful for a reminder.

Hai Duncan,
You can use in the link option the file or url option, But the way you do it is better.
There is also the option in step 3 to select next to the top right main objects the maintanace button. refresh that page with the button top right (update lybrary)
Then below you will find an pdf wizard.
PS
You can also upload files in x5, you don't need to use fillezille for that purpose only.
once you are connected to your host in export website there are 2 buttons on top for downloading or uploading files.
