Update 11.0.7.30 won't instal on my Windows 7 PC. I get an error 406 stating that other programs need to be closed.
There are no other programs running. I even closed my anti virus program.

Try downloading the full version:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
and install that one. Your projects should be save this way but a backup will never harm !
