Problem with external web site links

I have several external web site links on my site. In each case I use the File or URL option to show the link and this is enetered correctly. When previewing the site however the URL is shown as a sub directory of my own site. How can I correct this please.

In order to help you further could you please post screenshots of your settings within WebSite X5 with regards to the web links which you are having difficulty with.

Do you have the issue also when you start preview with ctrl key pressed ?

When you enter the link don't forget to write http:// in front of it as otherwise it is seen as a link to a page in your website.
