I would like to ask, if exists any website for some official collection (for example for people with disabilities).
Is it possible to create the pictorial pro-links on the websites?

the pictorial pro-links I mean that there will be the pictures, and when the user click on them, they will act as links (to any other website etc.).
For example as here: http://www.polovinanebe.cz/ (in the middle)

Yes this can be done with the program. Use the image object and add the image adn there you will fidn the option to add a link on this image.
