Additional Options on E-Mail Forms

When creating an e-mail form it would be good to be able to set default values Eg, we have a Single Choice field with Yes or No but want the default to be No.
Also ability to set text colour, Eg, Red for Mandatory fields and Black for optional fields.

yeah, it would be nice to be able to edit different parameters as the color of texts, and also to be able to resize fields to be able to do something like this: http://www.subeimagenes.com/img/example-1462547.jpg
