It should say Send, you can change it in the language button.

Search for submit or send, then double click, change and upload. Refresh your page after upload with F5.

X5 can't generate pdf files, why would you want that ? Do you want to send the info from the form in pdf format to visitors ?

If so then I advice you to make an IDEA post for Incomedia to create a functionality like that, maybe they can in future versions/updates.

You can do this by using a custom script which needs to be added in the SEND tab by choosing as option "Send data to a file" like explained on:

Unfortunately we do not provide support for these custom HTML codes or scripts since these do not depend on the program.
