How to create responsive mode every page head e-commerce basket, if don't have html code, only img?

Hello Roland,
Active content cannot be added to the header of the Responsive Template Structure.
The responsive footer will accept HTML code such as hyperlinks.
HTML code can be inserted on every page in Step 4 Advanced Settings > Statistics, SEO and Code > Expert tab:
