Can't purchase Graphic Templates

I purchased 55 credits so that I could buy some Graphic Templates. But whenever I try to purchase them I get a message saying this resource is not available for your user licence. (See JPG) How do I solve this? Thank you.

Just translate this "Смотрите совместимость шаблона". See picture, look in this https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/licence and find differences.

I guess it means whatever you're trying to purchase, is not compatible with the Version of WebsiteX5 you're using.

I am using the latest version 12. Does this mean that all of the templates I have been trying to purchase are not compatible with this version? That would seem a bit odd! Of all the methods I have used to access the templates I have not seen one where it has the kind of image that Serg has kindly supplied, am I doing something wrong?

OK if compatibility is the issue, can anyone please tell me how and where I can purchase templates to suit version 12? I am accessing the templates from the very first page of websitex5 when I open it up, is this correct or is there another way to get to the templates? Sorry for all the questions but I'm having a hell of a time trying to navigate to the correct place.
Hi Glenn.
Though it might seem a bit tricky to get to them, these templates are all already available in your v12.
They just use a different name, but fall in the same category. You can find them directly inside the program in the section where you can select the template.
You'll see the that one you have to purchase is actually the same as another free one.
