Hi!
I found a great register and login form on the internet in html5 and css3 format, but I don't know how to add it.

Hi Levente.
As for what your external code contains, we cannot offer support.
In order to embed your code into the website you can either use the HTML Object you can found at step 3, or at step 4 under "Code, SEO..." -> Expert.
There you can place code too.
If you need more help, let me know, or wait for other community members to come help you with your code
