Email address for recieving orders is not working  en

I have a site that was created in earlier versions of X5 (version 9 & up) (www.consultantaccounts.com) and has recently developed a fault.

When a client creates an order for poducts, they recieve an email confirmation, but I do not. The only place I can see to configure this in the advanced settings>Shopping Cart>Sending Order> E-mail address for recieving Orders:

I was recieving one before and dont know what has changed.

I have been able to independently verify that all email accounts are working outside of X5. I'm wondering if there is something I have missed with the last upgrade maybe?

Does anyone have any idea where to look to rectify this?

You can try several things,

First test your mailing in the admin page.

set /admin behind your home website, login the admin panel with your login and password (find them in x5 step4 acces management) run the tests.

Try a lower script for mail, this is set in setp4 datamanagent (below on that page) upload your project and try again to see if this has helped.

See if your hosting company has made changes to php5 (for instance an upgrade from 5.0 to 5.3)
