The only way is to add a custom Payment HTML code where you add also the link to the desired page.
You will need to add the payment HTML code and the link in step 4 - shopping cart - in "Order Management" "Payment type" in the Type section:

Hello Franz,
In the type section you can choose to add a custom HTML code for the payment and you need to use this function where then you can add the payment HTML code with the variables [PRICE] for the order price and [ORDER_NO] for the order number.
There you can then also add the link to to the desired page. Unfortunately we do not provide support for custom HTML codes and I don't have a specific example.
