Hallo. I cant open .iwzip file made with Evo 11 just two month ago. When I try to import, still the same message "not a valid zip file". What to do pls?

win 10 update, but a months ago... Is there a problem with win 10 compatibility? Because the .iwzip was made running under win 10 already.

I am try to restore a backup file, but cant view "backup" button. Where should I find it?
