Dropdown menu/main menu not shown on mobile and ipad  en

Hello. So, after i changed to responsive design, the main menu/dropdown menu doesn't show on mobiles, ipads and so on. On pc it's working well. Of course, the "responsive menu" (three lines) is shown, but i'm far from happy with how the menues are displayed here. How does i fix this so that it's identical on mobile and ipad as on the pc? Thanks in advance.

Hello John,

I visited your website and the menu displayed as I would have expected on the smaller viewports.

Please see this extract from the help file for a better understanding of how WebSite X5 handles menu display in reduced viewport sizes:

"The vertical menu isn't available in the responsive template because it doesn't offer the necessary elasticity for optimizing the space available across the screen. The (horizontal) menu will be displayed in full as long as there is enough space horizontally to do so, then, when it won't fit anymore on the screen of the device being used, it is replaced by a hamburger button (it opens to show the menu items when you click on it). The hamburger button automatically inherits the graphics defined for the first level menu buttons (see Main Menu Style)."

Kind regards,

Paul

Thanks for your answer. The "hamburger button" would be ok if it only showed everything. But when i click on it it only shows small portions of the underpages. Many pages are in other words "lost" when you use your mobilde or iPad, and that is not acceptable. Is there any way to fix this or do i have to disable responsive design to get it right again?
