How can I draw a seperator line across a page which remains visible when the page is displayed less that 480px wide? I have tried to use cell style borders to make a line of 2px or 3px for example under a text object, but all borders disappear at 480px (why?).
I need a line like that shown on the page http://www.websitex5.com/en/contents.html for example the thin blue line between the sections "Create Pages with the Drag&Drop objects." and "Text and Tables". When this page is displayed on my mobile the line doesn't disappear.
Have I missed a separate feature, or is there a setting to keep borders displayed at all screen sizes?

Hello Len,
All the settings you add to the cell style are automatically removed when you reach the smartphone view.
The line on the page has been added as image object. Create a line with a graphic program and then add it in an image object unter the text object.
