Hi 

My problem is that i am developeing my website on a 22inch monitor so all tyhe widths are set to fit the screen i am working on.(width 1950)

When i view it on a smaller monitor the mobile compatability kicks in.

Idealy i would like the header to be set as 100% then when the screen size drops below 16 inch monitor the responsive should kick in.

Currentally if i view the website on anything lower than 22 inch monitor  the moblie response kicks in and looks horriable
