i need to create an html code that the user can go to the middle of the home page .

Use the anchor option.
create an object that is in the middle, set an anchor on it, then link too that anchor.
If you only have 1 object then split it, set the outside margins to zero. It will look for customer as one object, but if you have several objects already then it's no probllem.
