How can I omit specific fields from email form object

I would like to be able to omit specific fields from being emailed with the form data. Can this be added to the options screen?
Examples are separator lines and agreement Yes fields.

Also this option is not available in the program. Suggest it as Idea for the future releases of the program so the developers will take it in consideration for the future releases of the program.
