How to link css and js file in the software?

Hi,
I am trying to create a website which looks like this: http://tympanus.net/Tutorials/SwatchBook/index3.html
They have also provided the css and javascript files. I had tried inserting the file in step 3 and step 4, but nothing happened.
Please help me in creating the website in WebsiteX5.
It would be greatly helpful, if you explain me in step by step process. I am new to coding and all stuff.

...to add .css and .js files add in your page a html object, and into expert sector trough the button add, upload the files you need and don't forget to link the files to the project; you have the right options in the window dedicated...
