I can't find the page you refer to, but generally speaking, if you are having difficulty like this then you can try any or all of the following:

• Clear your browser cache and retest
• Delete and remake the Object in WebSite X5
• Delete the existing file on your server which is not displaying as you would like
• Hold down the 'CTRL' key whilst entering the Preview mode in WebSite X5, then reupload your amended WebSite X5 files to the server
• Once again, clear your browser cache before retesting

Hello Joe,

I moved the licence to *** and activated the account. In the program it will still appear with the wrong email and you need to uninstall it and then reinstall it by using the correct email.

After this you will be able to update. The projects will not be deleted if you uninstall the program and you will find them again once you reinstall it.

If you login here on answers.websitex5.com with *** as email then you will find the download link in your profile under the "Downloads" section.

Once downloaded procedd to install it by using *** as email to unlock it.

The licence key on your last message is of the demo version. You will find the correct licence key on your profile once you login with *** under the section "My Licences".
