Unable to download free templates (it is not possible to complete download ) message Ver 12
also does not import and convert ver 10 to ver 12 losses template and structure...
very disappointed i wasted money on the upgrade from ver 10

Hello Jim,
Please read the section entitled "If you are updating your project from version 10 of WebSite X5, there are other things you should be aware of" in the official project conversion guide:

As regards the download issue, it would be worthwhile checking again in a short while as it could be a temporary server issue... also, check that WebSite X5 has free access to the internet from your own computer, i.e. check firewalls, anti-virus, proxy servers, VPN, etc.
