I have downloaded one of my websites using HTtrack but I don't have the iwzip file - is there any way I can load this into websiteX5 for editing?

Unfortunately not... WebSite X5 requires either the IWPRJ or IWZIP files: it can't work with raw HTML/CSS. Sorry
The best thing you can do is salvage as much text as possible, copying and pasting this into Text Objects in a new project. Likewise, you could download as many images as possible and insert these into new Image Objects, etc.

It's not actually too bad as I have the sites backed up at home but it just means a delay.
