1) Can I create a single page, multi page and hybird website with this software?
2) When I upload to my host I assume I am using my cpanel?
3) Does this use wordpress at all?
4) Can I use anything from wordpress like plugins?

1. You can create single and multipage sites using WebSite X5, but I'm unsure what your definition of a hybrid website would be. You can get a better understanding of what WebSite X5 can do by reading through the official help file: http://help.websitex5.com/en/v12/pro/index.html
