Color stripes in background

I love to make color stripes like the attachment, how can I so that they stretch left and right?

Asuming you have a graphoc file with your stripes, simply select step 1, template style and select page background. Select your image file and either fit or tile.

Thank you, but how about multiple stripes in different places on the page?
